Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect: your name and contact details, delivery and pickup addresses, vehicle details, and the order, towing and payment information needed to run the marketplace — plus basic usage data to keep the service secure and improve it.
How we use it: to create and secure your account, process orders and towing requests, connect you with the right partner, arrange delivery and fitting, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
Who we share it with: only what's necessary with the partner fulfilling your order or tow, and with payment and logistics providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.
Card payments: your card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and never reach Rakkibo's systems.
Where your data is held: on servers located in the United Arab Emirates. A small number of service providers necessarily receive limited data outside the UAE — push notification delivery (Google and Apple) and error diagnostics — and never your payment details or your address.
How long we keep it: order, invoice and tax records are retained for five years as UAE law requires, even after an account is closed. Everything else is deleted when you delete your account.
Your rights: you can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Email support@rakkibo.com and we'll action your request. You may also delete your account from within the app or your account settings.
