Customer Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Rakkibo platform as a Customer. By using the Platform, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The operator is Futuroo FZE LLC (“Rakkibo”, the “Platform”).

1.Marketplace Model — Rakkibo is a Facilitator Only

Rakkibo operates an online marketplace that connects Customers with independent Partners (sellers of used parts and fitting garages). Rakkibo is not the seller, not the service provider, and not a party to the contract of sale or service, which is made directly and exclusively between you and the Partner.

2.Listings & Product Information

Listing information is provided by Partners. Rakkibo does not guarantee the accuracy of the description, condition, fitment or availability.
Used parts are sold “as is”, according to their stated condition grade (A / B / C).
You are responsible for verifying that a part is compatible with your vehicle before purchase or fitting.

3.Orders, Pricing & Payment

When you place an order, a contract of purchase or service is formed directly with the Partner. Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider or by cash on delivery. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4.Delivery & Fitting

Delivery and/or fitting services and their timing are provided by the Partner. Rakkibo is not responsible for the Partner’s performance, workmanship or any delay.

5.Returns, Refunds & Warranties

Returns, refunds and warranties are governed by the Partner’s policy and by applicable law, and are handled with the Partner. Rakkibo may provide non-binding facilitation without accepting any liability.

6.Disputes

Any dispute regarding parts, services, quality, defects, delivery, fitting, or any injury or damage is between you and the Partner. Rakkibo is not a party to it and is not liable for it, and may offer non-binding facilitation at its discretion.

7.Rakkibo’s Role & No Liability

Rakkibo is not liable for product defects, safety, injury, damage, workmanship, delays, Partner conduct, or the contract formed between you and the Partner. The Platform is provided “as is”, and Rakkibo’s liability is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8.Your Obligations

Provide accurate information and use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
Inspect the part or service on delivery and report any issue to the Partner promptly.

9.Privacy & Intellectual Property

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable law. All Platform intellectual property remains owned by Rakkibo.

10.Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. In the event of any conflict between the Arabic and English versions, the English version prevails.
