Buyer protection: DOA, wrong-fit and how disputes work
Used doesn't mean unprotected. If a part arrives dead-on-arrival (DOA) or doesn't fit the vehicle stated on the listing, Rakkibo has you covered.

1. Inspect before you fit. Check the part on delivery โ€” or, if you chose fit-at-garage, let the garage inspect it before it goes on the car. Catching a problem before fitting makes any claim straightforward.

2. Open a request in the window. Every order shows an inspection window. Within it, open a request from your order page with clear photos of the issue.

3. The dispute centre. The selling partner reviews your claim. Where it's valid, they agree a replacement or refund โ€” all tracked in the dispute centre so nothing gets lost.

4. Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Rakkibo's role. Parts and fitting are supplied by independent partners, so warranties follow the selling partner's policy and UAE consumer law. Rakkibo is the facilitator โ€” we provide the protection process and help mediate a fair outcome.

Damage caused after fitting, or claims outside the inspection window, may not be eligible โ€” so always inspect first.
